At the first signs of loss of consciousness, it is recommended to inhale vapors of 10% ammonia solution (nashatyr alcohol), lie on your side.

Signs of heat stroke.

Going to a country house or a country picnic, be sure to protect your head from direct sunlight with a light Panama or a light umbrella.
